Message : CPF7127
Basing pointer value that is not correct for variable &3.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : A basing pointer required to locate the specified variable is some pointer type other than a space pointer. The variable is &3 in program &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to specify a basing pointer for the variable that is a set space pointer.
-- Ensure that all basing pointers for the variable are set correctly. You can use the Display Program Variable (DSPPGMVAR) command to display a pointer value, and the Change High-Level Language Pointer (CHGHLLPTR) or Change Pointer (CHGPTR) command to change a pointer data object variable.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The specified variable is declared based on some pointer that does not contain a space pointer value. The CHGHLLPTR command can be used to set a high-level language pointer (PTR parameter) to a space pointer. The pointer type of PTRTYPE(*SPP) can be used on the CHGPTR command to set a pointer data object variable to a space pointer.
