Problem filter &1/&2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The active problem filter, as specified by the QPRBFTR system value, was not found. The filter has been deleted or renamed, is in use, or has been damaged.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use the Display System Value (DSPSYSVAL) command to verify that the filter listed by the QPRBFTR system value is the correct filter for problem processing.
-- Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to change the name of the problem filter specified.
-- Create the filter &2 in library &1 again.
