Incorrect handle for this activation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A handle other than the one returned by the Start Problem Log Services API we passed on parameter &2 of API &1.
Recovery . . . : Parameter &2 for API &1 must be set to the value returned by the Start Problem Log Services API. Correct the parameter assignment in the calling program and try the operation again.
