Sign-on to control point &3.&4 denied.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user profile used to sign on to control point &3.&4 could not be found because it has been changed or deleted.
Recovery . . . : Control point &3.&4 should have a default user profile that was shipped with the system for sign-on from a remote system. Look for the QUSER user profile in the communication entry of the subsystem description for communications (usually QBASE or QCMN). If the QUSER user profile cannot be found, create a new user profile for QUSER on control point &3.&4 to allow sign-on from a remote system.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The function was requested by local application &2 with a handle of &1.
