Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A communications session cannot be established because control point &3.&4 was either not found or a route to it is not available.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the control point name, &3.&4, is correct. Use the Display APPN Information (DSPAPPNINF) command to verify that there is a route available to the control point and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The function was requested by local application &2 with a handle of &1. The SNA sense code is &6.
