Support network user profile error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection to the support network was not established because: the user identifier or the account number specified is not correct; the user identifier specified has been revoked; or a user profile does not exist for the user identifier and account number specified. Reason code &1 and message number &2 were returned by the support network.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the user identifier and account number were entered correctly. If entered correctly, call telephone number &3 for assistance and provide the IBM information network terminal id &4.
