Support system did not accept sign on.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The support network did not accept the sign on request. Reason code &1, message number &2, and sense code &3 were returned by the support system. Reason code X'0003': Incorrect password. Reason code X'0004': Password no longer valid. Reason code X'0005': Support system user ID not available. Reason code X'0007': Support system profile not found.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem according to the appropriate reason code. If you receive any other reason code call telephone number &4 for assistance and supply them with IBM information network terminal ID &5, reason code &1, message number &2 and sense code &3. Reason code X'0003': Correct the password; then try again. Reason code X'0004': Access IBM product information by using the WRKPRDINF command to change the password; then try the request again. Reason code - X'0005': Wait until the other user is finished and the support system user ID is again available to try again. Reason code - X'0007': Verify that you entered the correct account number and user-id; then try the request again.
