Cannot allocate REXX source file &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The interpreter cannot allocate the source file &2 in library &3. Another job holds a lock on the source file.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to determine which jobs are holding locks on the file and either wait for them to release their locks or have the jobs ended through the End Job (ENDJOB) command.
