Diskette has an incorrect format.

Cause . . . . . : When the diskette is initialized, the diskette format (FMT) parameter cannot have the value *SAVRST and the code (CODE) parameter must be *EBCDIC. These parameters, or other parameters, on the Initialize Diskette (INZDKT) command may have been specified incorrectly.
Recovery . . . : Use F10 (if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to view the messages in the job log and determine what errors occurred. Correct the errors and try the request again.
