The tape contains an incorrect volume identifier.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the tape was initialized, a value other than QMAH00 was specified for the new volume identifier (NEWVOL) parameter. The volume identifier must be QMAH00 when working with upgrade order information files.
Recovery . . . : Either reinitialize the tape specifying QMAH00 for the new volume identifier (NEWVOL) parameter or use another tape with a volume identifier of QMAH00. Also, when running a Copy To Tape (CPYTOTAP) or Copy From Tape (CPYFRMTAP) command the copy to reel label processing type (TOREELS) parameter cannot specify the values *NL, *LTM, or *NS.
