File &1 in library &2 does not have *NOMAX for members.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 must have *NOMAX specified in the maximum members (MAXMBRS) parameter. A value other than *NOMAX was used.
Recovery . . . : Change the value of the maximum members (MAXMBRS) parameter to *NOMAX for file &1 in library &2. This can be done using the Change Physical File (CHGPF) command.
