File &1 is not a valid system configuration file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 does not have the attributes of a system configuration file.
Recovery . . . : If &1 is a configuration file for this system, specify *LOCAL in the File name prompt to rebuild the file. If the order information file &1 is for a different System i system, obtain a new copy of the file from that system.
