Receiving file (TOFILE) not a physical file.

Cause . . . . . : The network file specified is a physical file and must be received into a physical file. However, the receiving file specified was not a physical file.
Recovery . . . : Specify a file name of a physical file for the TOFILE parameter, and then try the request again.
