&8 damage on spooled file &4 member &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Spooled file &4 member &9 in library &10 is damaged and may no longer be usable. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : The system is usable but input or output for the job in the damaged member is lost. The security officer should remove the specified member (RMVM command). Errors may occur trying to access the spooled file stored in this database member until the next unattended initial program load (IPL) is performed. If this error occurred when trying to create a new spooled file, retry the operation again. See the Basic system operations topic collection in the Systems management category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for the procedure to do an unattended initial program load (IPL).
