Message : CPF8122
&8 damage on library &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library &4 is damaged and may not be usable. The owner of the damaged library is &6. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- For QTEMP library damage or for user library damage, do an initial program load (IPL) of the system to correct the problem.
-- If the problem is not corrected, delete the library (DLTLIB command). Then either create the library (CRTLIB command) again, or restore the library from the saved medium (RSTLIB command). See the Control Language (CL) Reference for more information.
-- If the library is a system library such as QRCLxxxxx, QRCYxxxxx, QRPLxxxxx, QSYSxxxxx, QSYS2xxxxx, or SYSIBxxxxx (where 'xxxxx' is the number of a primary auxiliary storage pool (ASP)), vary off then vary on the ASP device.
-- If the library is IBM-supplied such as QSYS, QGPL, QSRV, or QRECOVERY, and an IPL does not correct the problem, install the operating system again and select the option to restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display to correct the condition. See the Backup and Recovery Guide, SC41-8079, for the procedure for restoring the operating system again.
