Subsystem description &4 in &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Subsystem description &4 in library &9 has &8 damage and may not be usable. The owner of the subsystem description is &6. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Delete the subsystem description using the Delete Subsystem Description (DLTSBSD) command and then create the subsystem description using the Create Subsystem Description (CRTSBSD) command, or use the Restore Object (RSTOBJ) command to restore the subsystem description from saved media.
-- If the subsystem description is QCTL and is in library QSYS, restore the operating system and select the option to restore only language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
