Authorization list &4 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Authorization list &4 has &8 damage and may no longer be usable. The owner of the authorization list is &6. The VLIC log dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Delete the authorization list (DLTAUTL command). The owner or user of an authorization list with *ALLOBJ authority must delete it. Restore the authorization list from the last (SAVSYS) tape using the Restore User Profile (RSTUSRPRF USRPRF(*ALL)) command if it existed at the time of the SAVSYS, or create the authorization list (CRTAUTL command). Add the users and their authorities to the authorization list (EDTAUTL command). The authorization list can then be granted authority to each object (EDTOBJAUT command) that was secured by the list when it was damaged.
The authorization list can also be granted authority to document library objects that were secured by the list when it was damaged by using one of the following commands: Add DLO Authority (ADDDLOAUT), Change DLO Authority (CHGDLOAUT), or Edit DLO Authority (EDTDLOAUT).
