Binding directory &4 in &9 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Binding directory &4 in library &9 has &8 damage and may not be usable. The owner of the binding directory is &6. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Delete the binding directory (DLTBNDDIR command) and then create the binding directory (CRTBNDDIR command) again or restore it from the saved media (RSTOBJ command).
-- If the binding directory is IBM-supplied and is in library QSYS, restore the operating system and select the option to restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
