Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Change request description &4 in library &9 has &8 damage and may not be usable. The owner of the change request description is &6. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1 - Delete the change request description (DLTCRQD command).
2 - Create the change request description (CRTCRQD command) again or restore the change request description from the saved media (RSTOBJ command).
