Master PTF index for library &4 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Master program temporary fix (PTF) index for library &4 is damaged and is no longer usable. All temporarily applied program temporary fixes are now permanent. Any future PTFs that require prerequisites will fail.
Recovery . . . : The master PTF index is automatically deleted. Try the request again. Restore the library from a previous version (RSTLIB command) or, if this is the QSYS library, install the operating system again, and select the option to restore objects on the Installing Options display. Apply all PTFs put on the system since the restored version was saved. See the Backup and Recovery Guide, SC41-8079, for the procedure for installing the operating system again.
