Internal queue associated with device description &4 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Internal queue is damaged and may no longer be usable.
Recovery . . . : Hold the device &4 by using the HLDCMNDEV command with the (*CNTRLD) option until all users of the device are finished. Use the WRKCFGSTS command to monitor the device's usage. When the device is no longer in use, use the WRKCFGSTS command to vary the device off and on again to recreate the internal queue.
