Directory conversion cannot be active during RCLSTG or RCLLNK.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Directories cannot be reclaimed while the directory conversion function is active.
Recovery . . . : Use the Convert Directory (CVTDIR) command with OPTION(*CHECK) to check the status of the directory conversion function and do one of the following:
-- Specify OMIT(*DIR) on the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command to omit the directory recovery portion of the reclaim function.
-- Wait for directory conversion to complete.
Then try the RCLSTG or Reclaim Object Links (RCLLNK) command again.
