Library &1 damaged. RCLSTG command ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Storage was not reclaimed because library &1 was damaged.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Delete the library before continuing.
-- If option *SYSBAS is specified on the ASPDEV parameter, perform an initial program load (IPL) of the system. Run the reclaim storage operation (RCLSTG command) again.
If the library is still damaged after the IPL is complete and the library is either QSYS or QGPL, restore the operating system and select the option to restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
-- If an auxiliary storage pool (ASP) device is specified on the ASPDEV parameter, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command, specifying CFGOBJ(&2) and CFGTYPE(*DEV) to vary off and vary on the ASP device.
