Message queue QSYSOPR is now in *HOLD delivery mode.

Cause . . . . . :
The QSYSOPR message queue was set to *HOLD delivery mode while the Reclaim storage (RCLSTG) command is running. After the RCLSTG command completes, the QSYSOPR message queue delivery mode will be set back to the original value that existed before the RCLSTG command was run. If the RCLSTG command does not complete, the Change Message Queue (CHGMSGQ) command must be run to change the QSYSOPR message queue delivery mode back to its original value.
