Transfer ownership or grant authority for member &3 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either a transfer ownership or grant object authority operation for member &3 file &2 in library &1 failed during a reclaim storage operation. The failure type is &4.
A type 1 failure indicates that the failure occurred on member &3.
A type 2 failure indicates that the failure occurred on the data of member &3.
A type 3 failure indicates that the failure occurred on the access path of member &3.
Recovery . . . : When the system becomes available, try the transfer ownership or grant authority operation (CHGOBJOWN or GRTOBJAUT command) again.
