Unable to estimate time required to run RCLSTG.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Required RCLSTG statistics are not available.
Recovery . . . : Run the RCLSTG command with ESTIMATE(*NO) once, specifying the same values in the SELECT and OMIT parameters for the estimate required, or SELECT(*ALL) and OMIT(*NONE) to collect the initial set of statistics required for doing future estimates for RCLSTG.
