Cause . . . . . : An attribute of notify object &1 in library &2 type *&4 is not valid. The reason code is &16. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The file must be a physical database file.
2 -- The data area type must be a character.
3 -- The notify object must be in a permanent library.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try your request again:
-- Specify a physical database file.
-- Specify a character data area.
-- Put the notify object in a permanent library.
