Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Commitment definition &2 could not be created. The following is a list of reason codes and their meanings:
1 -- The maximum number of commitment definitions allowed for a job has already been reached. The maximum number of commitment definitions allowed for a job is &4.
2 -- No commitment definitions are allowed to be started because SQL server mode processing has been started.
3 -- No commitment definitions are allowed to be started because this thread is currently using a commitment definition with transaction scoped locks.
Recovery . . . : No recovery.
