Cannot perform commitment control operation.

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made by an API commitment control exit program to perform one of the following commitment operations for commitment definition &1.
-- A commit operation
-- A rollback operation
-- An add resource operation
-- A remove resource operation
-- A start commitment control operation
-- An end commitment control operation
-- A prepare operation
-- A rollback required operation
-- A change commitment options operation
These operations are not allowed when a commitment control operation for commitment definition &1 is already in progress.
This error can also be caused when the system is attempting to end all commitment definitions for a job and an API commitment control exit program started a new commitment definition, added an API commitment resource to the new commitment definition, and then did not end commitment control for the new commitment definition. When the system attempted to end commitment control for the new commitment definition, the API commitment control exit program for the new commitment definition attempted to start yet another new commitment definition, either with the Start Commitment Control (STRCMTCTL) command or by using a system function that attempted to start commitment control. The system prevents starting commitment control for this case.
If the commitment definition name is *N, then the commitment definition name is not known.
Recovery . . . : Change the API commitment control exit program so that it does not perform these types of commitment control operations.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &2. The activation group number is &3. The logical unit of work identifier is &4. The lock space id is &8. The lock space associated space id is &9. The XID is &10.
