Resource name &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The resource name specified on the Add Commitment Resource (QTNADDCR) API contains characters that are not valid. The resource name must be in uppercase and begin with an alphabetic character followed by alphanumeric characters. If the name is a string of characters, it must be enclosed in quotation marks.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid resource name for the resource name parameter and try the request again. More information on names can be found in the CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center at http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/.
