The commit cycle identifier is not available for journal &1 in library &2. Reason code &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The commit cycle identifier is not available. The following is a list of the reason codes and their meanings:
1 -- The journal is in standby state.
2 -- The system requested the current number of nesting levels for which savepoint journal entries are being sent, and journal entries are not being sent for the current nesting level.
Recovery . . . : The reason codes and their recovery follow:
1 -- Change the journal out of standby state.
2 -- Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
