DBCS code &1 is not in valid range.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DBCS code that you entered is not in the valid range.
Recovery . . . : Enter a valid DBCS code and press the ENTER key.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The first two digits of a DBCS code must be between hex 41 and hex 7E. The second two digits of a DBCS code must be between hex 41 and hex FE. X'4040' is also a valid DBCS code.
