Translation table parameters not correctly requested.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following conditions occurred:
-- The outgoing translation table (TRNTBLOUT parameter) or the incoming translation table (TRNTBLIN parameter) was specified as a defined keyboard language type (*KBDTYPE) and the keyboard language type (KBDTYPE parameter) was specified as translation table (*TRNTBL).
-- *KBDTYPE was specified for either the TRNTBLOUT or TRNTBLIN parameters but not for both.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- If user translation tables are required, specify a correct value other than *KBDTYPE for both the TRNTBLOUT and TRNTBLIN parameters.
-- If user translation tables are not required, specify a value other than *TRNTBL for the KBDTYPE parameter.
