Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are not authorized to any display emulation device on emulation controller &1.
Recovery . . . : Ask the security officer for authority to use emulation controller &1 and at least one 3270 display emulation device, or specify an emulation controller with emulation devices you are authorized to use (EMLCTL parameter). The emulation controller in the System/38 environment uses the EMLCTLU parameter instead of the EMLCTL parameter.
