Controller must be given when emulation printer is *EMLCTL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The emulation controller (EMLCTL parameter) was not specified when the emulation printer device (EMLPRTDEV parameter) requested the emulation controller (*EMLCTL value).
Recovery . . . : To continue do one of the following:
-- Do not specify an emulation printer device by using *NONE.
-- Request the emulation location (EMLLOC parameter) by using *EMLLOC.
-- Specify a valid emulation printer device (EMLPRTDEV parameter).
If the emulation controller (*EMCTL value) must be requested, then the emulation controller (EMLCTL parameter) must contain a valid name.
