No 3270 printer emulation devices available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There are no 3270 printer emulation devices on emulation location &1 available to be used. When specifying a location for the EMLLOC parameter, at least one emulation device must be at the appropriate status for the command to run successfully. For a nonswitched line the status is VARIED ON. For a switched line the status is VARIED ON or VARY ON PENDING. You can use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to get the current list of emulation devices on location &1 and the current status of each device (WRKCFGSTS CFGTYPE(*DEV) CFGD(*LOC) RMTLOCNAME(&1)).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If no printer emulation devices are defined at this location, add a 3270 printer emulation device to the emulation location using the CRTDEVBSC or CRTDEVHOST command. Once a printer emulation device is defined and is at the appropriate status, try the request again.
-- If the status of all the printer emulation devices is ACTIVE, wait and try the request later.
-- If the status of all the printer emulation devices is not appropriate, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to get at least one printer emulation device that currently does not show ACTIVE status, to an appropriate status. If the VRYCFG command does not work, the printer emulation devices may need to be varied active at the host system as well. Once the printer emulation device is at the appropriate status, try the request again.
