JOB(*EMLDEV) not valid with EMLCTL and SBMJOB(*YES).

Cause . . . . . : When the emulation controller is specified and a batch job is to be submitted, the job name (JOB parameter) must have a value other than the name of the emulation device (*EMLDEV value).
The job name can be the same as the emulation device (*EMLDEV value) only if a value is specified for the emulation device (EMLDEV parameter) or a batch job is not to be submitted (SBMJOB(*NO) parameter). When the job name requests the emulation device name (*EMLDEV value), the job is given the same name as the value specified for the emulation device (EMLDEV parameter).
Recovery . . . : Specify a job name (JOB parameter), or specify an emulation device (EMLDEV parameter) instead of an emulation controller (EMLCTL parameter).
