Device &1 not in correct state to display connection status.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The network device status code is &2. The network device status codes and their meanings are as follows: 000 -- VARIED OFF, 010 -- VARY OFF PENDING, 111 -- *DAMAGED, 112 -- *LOCKED, 113 -- *UNKNOWN, 200 -- Not valid.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Connection Status (DSPCNNSTS) command when the network device is not in one of the previously mentioned states.
