Connection information for distribution queue &1 cannot be changed at this time

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A change was made to the connection information (remote location, net ID, mode, or local location) while either the queue status was Sending or Connect or the distribution queue contains entries that have a status of Sending, Suspend, or Pending. Changing the connection information at this time could result in duplicate distributions.
Recovery . . . : Either wait for sending to be completed or hold the distribution queue and then hold all distribution queue entries that have a status of Sending, Suspend, and Pending. Try the request again.
Holding a distribution that has a status of Sending, Suspend, or Pending can result in a duplicate distribution.
