Cause . . . . . : A lock time-out occurred on a usage count lock on a Distributed Systems Node Executive (DSNX) distribution object.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command). Correct the error and then submit the NetView Distribution Manager request again.
