Cause . . . . . : An input/output (I/O) error occurred when a Distributed Systems Node Executive (DSNX) program accessed a DSNX data base file.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages on the job log for the cause of the error and suggested recovery. Correct the error and then submit the NetView Distribution Manager request again.
