Cannot select virtual device &1 at system &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Selection failed for one of the following reasons:
-- The virtual device type was not compatible with the display device.
-- The specified virtual device type was not available.
-- The specified virtual device was not found.
-- The specified virtual device was not connected to a virtual controller.
Note: The virtual device name shown will be one of the following:
-- The last virtual device name in the list of devices in the VRTDEV parameter.
-- The last virtual device attached to the virtual controller when the VRTCTL parameter is used and the controller has more than one virtual device attached.
Recovery . . . : Display the job log for job &5/&4/&3 at the target system for messages that indicate which of the listed errors occurred. Correct the error and then try the request again.
