Pass-through failed. &1 must be varied off and on.

Cause . . . . . : Device &1 at system &2 has an internal failure which caused partial damage.
Recovery . . . : Vary the device off and then on again (VRYCFG command or WRKCFGSTS command). Then try the operation again. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
