Cause . . . . . : The requested virtual device description was not created. The requested name was rejected by the exit program for the Virtual Device Selection exit point (QIBM_QPA_DEVSEL).
Recovery . . . : Request a name for the virtual device description that will be accepted by the exit program for the Virtual Device Selection exit point (QIBM_QPA_DEVSEL).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The device description name requested from the Virtual Device Selection program for exit point QIBM_QPA_DEVSEL was rejected. The device description was not created.
