Rename failed for user ID and address &1 &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The rename of user ID and address &1 &2 failed to be renamed to user ID and address &4 &5. The forward from user ID and address is &6 &7.
If the old, new or forward from user ID and address is *N *N, one of the following occurred:
-- The error occurred during the setup of the rename.
-- The rename was shadowed from another system. The old or new user ID and address specified was blank.
-- A forward from user ID and address (which is not required) was not specified for this rename request.
Recovery . . . :
Two situations may have occurred:
(1) The error occurred before rename processing began. For example, the QSNADS subsystem may be active. See previously listed messages for reasons why the rename failed. Correct the error and try the request again.
(2) The error occurred after rename processing began. See previously listed messages for reasons why the rename failed. Correct the errors and try the request again. You can continue the rename or back out the changes already made to the files. Some files may already have the old user ID and address changed to the new user ID and address.
If you are using the RNMDIRE command:
-- To continue with the rename request, submit the command just as before.
-- To back out the changes, specify the special value *BACKOUT for the NEWUSRID parameter.
If you are using the Rename Directory Entry display (rename option from WRKDIRE):
-- To continue with the rename request accept the default value of Y for the Continue with rename prompt.
-- To back out the rename, specify N for the Continue with rename prompt.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The rename directory entry request failed when running the module &3.
