Specify *IDP or *MSG for type (TYPE) only with *NOCHG for send format (SNDFMT).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When processing the send distribution request, *MSG or *IDP for type (TYPE) must not be specified if *NOTE or *FINALFORM is specified for send format (SNDFMT).
Recovery . . . : Specify *NOCHG for send format (SNDFMT) on the Send Distribution (SNDDST) command, and try the request again.
