Cause . . . . . : Document &2 or folder &3 is only partially created and is not usable. The create operation was abnormally interrupted for this object.
Recovery . . . : Delete the object (DLTDLO command) and re-create it.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A partially created object contains no usable data. The object may contain part or all of a shell document but no other user data. A document or folder must be completely created before any user data can be put into the object.
