Folder &1 is not empty.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The request to delete an empty folder failed, because the folder contains other folders or documents.
Recovery . . . : Display the folder (DSPFLR command) if you are not sure of its contents. To delete the folder and all folders and documents within it, use the Delete Document Library Object (DLTDLO) command specifying *ALL for document library object (DLO) and &1 for folder (FLR).
