Cause . . . . . : Document &2 in folder &1 was already opened by this process when a request was issued to open the document for exclusive use.
If the folder name is *NONE or *INTDOC, then &2 is a system object name. If the folder name is *NONE, then the document is a filed document that is not in a folder. If the folder name is *INTDOC, then the document is not a filed document and is not in a folder.
Recovery . . . : Close the document. You may be able to recover by signing off the system, signing back on, and then trying the request again. If the problem continues, reclaim document &2 in folder &1 (RCLDLO command).
