New owner &1 does not have a uid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : User profile &1 specified as the new owner of the object does not have a user ID number (uid) assigned to it. The user profile cannot become the owner of the object.
Recovery . . . : Assign a uid to the user profile using the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command, and then try the request again.
